1, crane hoisting mechanism adopts winch structure, that is the structure of motor, reducer and drum.The motor and reducer are connected by flange, drum and speed reducer adopts drum type coupling, the whole structure design is compact, light, low height, rational configuration, high transmission efficiency, low energy consumption, and low maintenance rate.

2, drum, guide rope and pulley 

Large diayzner drum and the pulley block greatly prolong the service life of wire rope. Large diayzner drum reduces the hoist hook swing limitation and minimizes the fleet Angle of wire rope. This kind of vertical lifting ensures the precise positioning of load. Cable drum is made from Q345B, can ensure the accuracy of wire rope and wire rope slot and effectively prevent the overlap of wire rope winding by precision machining . Drum is supported by the bottom bearing, Steel wire rope is fixed on the reel through the clamp. At the minimum lifting point, the wire rope and hook will not wrongly phase rotated. Guidance of steel rope is wear-resisting, which can effectively prevent wire rope chute. The special compression spring on Steel rope guide can adjust the wire rope and can prevent the loose. Wire rope pulley block is made from Q345B material, large diayzner rope pulley ensure that wire rope will not slide off from the pulley. 

3, Hook can rotate 360 degrees and has safety clasp device which can effectively prevent the wire rope off. Hook material uses 34 crmo4, according to DIN standard production. 

4, hoist lifting reducer adopts the sino-German joint venture brands or equal level products. Gear (lifting and walking gear box) works in a completely sealed semifluid grease lubricant. Gear box life is same as the crane, lifelong free maintenance, all gear must be treated by surface hardening and grinding processing

5, hoist lifting and traveling motors adopt the sino-german joint venture brands or equal level products, the motor insulation class is F, the protection class is IP54. Hoist frequency motor is F series motor, controlled by inverter drive. The traveling is with variable frequency double speed or CVT. Variable frequency drive can realize load precisely positioning, reducing the load swing, wide speed range adjustment, and easily and safelyuse. Hoisting motor is equipped with the brake manually release for emergency stop. 

6, lifting brake is with double brake. Bridge and trolley motor brake use disc brakes that are free adjustment. 

7, hoisting mechanism is with tooth rotation limit switch and weight limit switch, provide dual protection for lifting objects. 

9, Wire rope adopts heavy wire rope, that has no need on maintenance or tu rust-proof oil, heavy, high strength, breaking force not less than 1870 n/was.

10, the entire lifting mechanism is equipped with maintenance platform, that is convenient for users to use and maintain.
