A, crane parts
1, the lifting mechanism

1) lifting chain: using Japan imported FEC80 super heat treated alloy steel chain, wear small, high service life and surface mounted to the chain, to prevent the chain and gourd on sundry fall;
(2) chain bag: adopt stainless steel chain bag, wear small, without peeling paint and surface;
(3) hoisting double speed, using slow when need accurate positioning, using fast when loading and unloading, effectively improve the use efficiency,
(4) hook is made of stainless steel hook, reduces unnecessary wear and tear.
2, Drive institutions
(1) the wheel adopts nylon wheel, effectively reduce the dust caused by the friction;
(2) drive motor adopt the world's best the SEW motor, low noise, high efficiency;
(3) drive adopts frequency conversion control, start braking stability, energy saving effect is obvious, and save the energy consumption of the expensive department.
 
The second part, the structure of the crane
With double beam type, the car was walking beam at the top, because of the friction generated clutter and workshop dust debris accumulation in the upper portion of the beam, easy to clean.
